Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Wachusett Chamber of Commerce Members

Dear Members and Friends of Nashoba Valley Chamber,

After 97 years of proudly servicing the Wachusett region, the Wachusett Chamber has made the difficult decision to close its doors effective immediately.

While this is a difficult time for those involved, we are pleased to announce that all members of the Wachusett Chamber of Commerce will have their memberships automatically transferred, at no cost to them, to the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce. At the request of the Wachusett Chamber, the NVCoC Board of Directors last night voted to welcome the Wachusett members into our chamber. The leadership and staff of both chambers feel this is a good match because we have partnered on past events, we overlap in some of our regional coverage, we have shared resources, and we have mutually serviced businesses.

It is with an open door that "the chamber that opens doors" welcomes the members of the Wachusett Chamber. I hope that you will help me in making our newest members feel welcomed and help them see what a truly wonderful Chamber they now belong to. I thank the Wachusett Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Jenny Delorey and Beth Burns for the vote of confidence. I certainly appreciate this has been an extremely difficult decision and I'm looking forward to proving to them that they made the best decision for their membership.
