New Resident Hospitality Program

Beginning in January 2008, Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce will be mailing information on our members to new residents in the Nashoba Valley region. It is our goal to welcome new residents, and inform them of all of the wonderful businesses and services available to them in their backyard.

• The Chamber will include a welcome letter, membership directory (with addendum of new members), and maps of the region.

• This provides you the opportunity to change your mailing piece based on season, holiday, special promotion, etc.
• Inserts due to the Chamber for 2008 mailings by: January 2nd, March 26th, June 25th, September 26th

• Quarterly Option: Provide 150 pieces to Chamber. Cost $175
• Annual Option: Provide 600 pieces to Chamber. Cost $600
• Additional fees may apply for large/bulk flyers

Mailing Insert

The NVCoC communicates with our Chamber members via newsletter and supplimental every six weeks. Insert and mail 700 of your printed flyers along with our mailing. You provide the 700 copies and appropriate fee, and we do the rest!

• Flyers must be 8.5 in. x 11 in. and flat
• Member provide Chamber with 700 flyers (additional fees will apply for copying services)
• Cost of $125

Newsletter Advertising

Reach out to over 700 Nashoba Valley business owners and their representatives through newsletter advertising. These mailings are targeted to Chamber Business owners, member employees, and prospective members. Choose between two ad size options. Contact the Chamber office for space availability.
