Increasing your marketing presence through Chamber advertising is affordable and easy. Advertising opportunities currently available to our members are listed below.

New Resident Hospitality Program

Beginning in January 2008, Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce will be mailing information on our members to new residents in the Nashoba Valley region. It is our goal to welcome new residents, and inform them of all of the wonderful businesses and services available to them in their backyard.

Mailings are sent out on a monthly basis, usually the first week of the month. The deadline to include a piece in this mailing is the 22nd of the previous month.

This provides you the opportunity to change your mailing piece based on season, holiday, special promotion, etc.

Chamber members have the opportunity to include a piece in our mailing at a low cost.

Quarterly Option: Provide 150 pieces to Chamber. Cost $95
Annual Option: Provide 600 pieces to Chamber. Cost $380
Additional fees may apply for large/bulk flyers

Newsletter Advertising

The Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce newsletter, ChamberView, is mailed on a quarterly basis (March, June, September and December). Reach out to over 700 Nashoba Valley business owners and their representatives through newsletter advertising. Newsletter advertising options include ad or flyer insert. Contact the Chamber office for space availability.

Don't have an art department or an ad created? We can refer you to several chamber members for assistance.

Ads:

Business Card - 3.5" wide x 2" high: $50.00

Column Ad - 2.75" wide x 4" high: $75.00

Flyer Insert:

Flyers must be 8.5 in. x 11 in. and flat

Member provide Chamber with 700 flyers (additional fees will apply for copying services)

Cost of $125

Deadline:

15th of month prior to publication

Membership Mailing Labels

The Chamber mailing list is available for purchase by members only on 1”x 2 5/8” mailing labels. The mailing labels include our basic membership plus additional Chamber contact people and community leaders. This offer is exclusive for members of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber can also send an excel spreadsheet for you to create your own labels.

Wednesday at One Email Advertising

The Chamber office communicates with over 800 members, non-members, and business leaders each week via our "Wednesday at One" email blast. Chamber members can post in the weekly email blast at a low cost.

Cost:

Once: $20.00

Four: $70.00

Ad requirements:

Maximum size is 4" wide by 5" high

Ad can be submitted in text or jpg formats

Deadline:

2pm on Tuesday

Sandwich Board Rental

The Chamber has two sandwich boards available for rent which can be used indoors or outdoors.
