FREE Small Business Counseling Services
Clark University - Small Business Development Center
The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) Network provides free, confidential, one-to-one management and technical assistance counseling and low-cost educational training programs to prospective and existing small businesses throughout the Commonwealth. The MSBDC Network is designed to effectively service small businesses throughout Massachusetts. There is an MSBDC counseling or satellite office within 30 minutes of any potential client in the state. To further augment services, the MSBDC also provides specialized services in the areas of capital formation, minority business assistance, international trade and procurement technical assistance.
Counseling support includes the following areas:
Michael Holbrook of Clark University Small Business Development Center, offers his assistance to new, expanding and troubled businesses. He provides counseling in a variety of areas including finance, marketing, accounting, operations and planning. All counseling services are offered FREE of charge and you do not need to be a Chamber member to take advantage of this opportunity.

SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business, a resource partner of the SBA, will now offer small business counseling in our offices at the Chamber.
SCORE, a national non-profit association founded in 1964, now has 389 Chapters, 900 offices, and more than 1200 counselors across the U.S. all dedicated to sharing their wealth of business experience on a free and confidential basis. SCORE is made up of retired business owners and executives, most having 30 plus years of practical business advice they want to share with Small Businesses.
A SCORE counselor has committed to set aside 2 hours (9:00-11:00 am) every Thursday morning to accept 1 hour appointments. Just call the Chamber at 978-772-6976 and schedule your consultation.
