On May 20th, 2017, AllThingsJeep.com is sponsoring their 10th Annual Worldwide Go Topless Day and invites Jeep owners everywhere to participate by taking their tops off and celebrating with other Jeep owners. Go Topless Day is about celebrating the spirit of fun, freedom, and adventure that people love about their topless Jeeps. “What started as an idea for a local event in 2008 after a frigid New England winter has grown into a worldwide phenomenon through the help of the enthusiastic Jeep community,” says Jean Wnuk, the creator of Go Topless Day. “Over 125 Jeep Clubs and thousands of Jeepers on five continents participated in the event last year and this year’s 10th Anniversary celebration of Go Topless Day is expected to exceed that number.” For more details, visit http://www.allthingsjeep.com/go-topless-day.html.
The yearly Go Topless Day is when Jeep owners everywhere take the tops off their Jeep, and join in parades, picnics, beach days, park clean-ups, Poker Runs and community service with fellow Jeep lovers. Jeep clubs raise money for a variety of charities with their activities. All Jeep owners are invited to participate, top or not. Last year’s Go Topless Day was the largest coordinated event among Jeep owners to ever exist.
This year’s events include over 3000 Jeepers cruising the beaches of the Bolivar Peninsula in Texas, a 1000+ Jeep meetup in Monson, MA with the All Things Jeep team and Ocean State Jeepsters, a Go Topless Day Jeep Show at a Gold Museum in GA, and 100+ more events. Jeepers can sign up to participate either individually or as part of a group and AllThingsJeep.com will send materials to help launch their event. There are even Go Topless Day 2017 t-shirts. There are clubs, Jeep dealerships, off-road shops, regional parks and companies hosting events this year.
