    We are looking for Line Cooks to prepare fast, high-quality and delicious food for our tap room guests. You will prepare dishes that will delight customers with taste and timely delivery. Must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals in a fast-paced environment. Cooks should possess excellent knife skills, as well as a thorough understanding of basic cooking equipment. Because of this fast-paced environment, candidates should be strong enough mentally to handle stress. Positive and energetic interaction with other team members is required. Work typically is performed in an industrial-style kitchen. Applicants must be comfortable standing in one spot for a long period of time. Reading comprehension is critical, as line cooks will be expected to read and follow recipes with no mistakes. Cooks have one direct superior (head chef) who will assign cooks to a station. Cooks are responsible for their designated station and must understand that the failure of one station often means the failure of the entire kitchen. They must be familiar with moving around a kitchen and able to multi-task. Experience with menu change & flexibility, a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques is required. The goal is to help maintain and strengthen our reputation as the destination for incredible food and craft beer in an amazing environment.


    • Set-up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment
    • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat)
    • Cooking food with various utensils or grillers
    • Check food while cooking to stir or turn
    • Ensure great presentation by properly dressing dishes before they are served
    • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen 
    • Ensure all food and other items are stored safely & properly
    • Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products.
    • Continuously check quality of ingredients
    • Follow recipes and product directions for preparing food.
    • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
    • Taste products and keep records to accurately plan food production.
    • Cleaning & Washing Dishes

    Required Knowledge & Skills:
    • General food safety knowledge (SERV safe Preferred)
    • At least 1-year cooking experience in a full-service restaurant
    • Must have proven ability to: 
    o Grill & fry. 
    o Understand Bread Protein 
    o Keep an organized work station.

    A high school diploma or a GED is required. Light amounts of lifting (usually less than 20 pounds) may be required as well. A typical work day is ten hours and includes kitchen preparation during the times the restaurant is not in a meal rush.
