Come and learn the causes of menstrual and menopausal discomforts from a Chinese Medicine perspective.

You will learn about:

Simple strategies to lessen or prevent uncomfortable symptoms
Pulse and tongue assessment to understand your constitution
Massage technique to reduce menstrual pain
Simple tips for supporting your body and your reproductive health

* This is a multi-generational event and women of all ages 12 and up are encouraged to come! Bring your mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friends!
