You are warmly invited to our annual spring social and silent auction, Food, Friends, & FUNds on Saturday, March 24th. We hope that you will join us from 7-10 pm for this adult-only evening.
For those of you who have attended in the past, you know you are in for a fun and relaxing evening. For those of you new to the event, here is a quick look at what to expect:
Receive a bid# when you arrive and start browsing the tables full of home goods, family donations, sporting event tickets, restaurant gift cards, family trips and outings, and many more donations from local and regional businesses.
Enjoy catching up with old friends and new over a glass of wine and delicious appetizers. Music, candlelight and laughter fill the halls of Oxbow during this very festive event.
Feeling lucky? You might just go home with a fabulous prize if you take a chance in the raffle.
If you are a good throw, win a restaurant gift card by getting closest to the bullseye in our lively dart game.
Like a good bottle of red? Try our wine pull. You are a winner every time!
In addition to the silent auction items, you will want to join us for the excitement and humor during the live auction at 9:00 pm where the priceless creations of Oxbow students and a week in Sanibel, Florida are boisterously bid upon!
Silent auction items close at 9:30 pm. Stay until the end, or we'll email you if you are the top bidder
Look for a list of all available items as the event gets closer and stay tuned for auction spotlight emails. Great deals are to be had by all--historically, some winning bids have been as much as 80% below the retail price!--so come, bring your friends, and enjoy this festive night out for a wonderful cause.
As you may know, this annual fundraiser is vital to raising funds for Oxbow and keeping our tuition one of the lowest in the area. Many thanks in advance to each and every member of our school community who contributes in some way, either large or small. If you solicit, donate, bid, or spread the word, you are part of the magic that helps make this event a success. We couldn't do it without you!
Warmly, Lisa Langevin and Deb Merriam Auction Co-Chairs
