Department of Family and Medical Leave The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development will be holding public listening sessions with respect to draft regulations on the Department of Family and Medical Leave. We invite you to attend and share your comments on the implementation of the regulations on the following dates:
Boston Wednesday, January 30 2–3:30 p.m. State House, 24 Beacon St., Gardner Auditorium
Springfield Friday, February 1 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Department of Industrial Accidents, 436 Dwight St., 3rd floor
Lawrence Monday, February 4 11 a.m.–1 p.m. MassHire Career Center, 255 Essex St.
Worcester Tuesday, February 5 2–4 p.m. Chamber of Commerce, 311 Main St., Suite 200
Greenfield Friday, February 8 11 a.m.–1 p.m. MassHire Career Center, One Arch St.
Hyannis Monday, February 11 10 a.m.–noon Cape Codder Resort, 1225 Iyannough Rd., Suite 1, JFK Ballroom
Fall River Tuesday, February 19 2:30–4 p.m. MassHire Career Center, 446 North Main St.
You will have the opportunity to present public testimony including data, views, or arguments related to the proposed draft regulations. Written presentations may be sent to MassPFML@Mass.gov
Please make sure to bring a form of identification with you.
The text of the draft regulations will be posted no later than January 23.
