Our annual St. Patrick’s Day Bash is coming up! This is our largest fundraiser of the year where we celebrate with our school community and raise funds used to enrich both our schools, LAW and ASRMS. Event highlights: live music, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, billiards, dancing, silent auction and raffle prizes!
There are a number of ways you can participate…
★ Come to the party! Paperless tickets are $25/person or $40/pair and are available by sending in a check payable to ASPTO to the school office in an envelope marked “Bash”, or online at aspto.org where you can purchase through PayPal. If purchased by Friday, March 9th, tickets include 5 free raffle tickets! There will be an admission list at the door of people who have purchased tickets.
★ Donate an item or service to be raffled or auctioned We are in need of creative donations from families or businesses! All donations are truly appreciated! Ideas could range from a business service to a personal skill: • A spring clean up from a landscape company • Homemade items (jewelry, headbands, art) • Talents (gardening, cooking, organizing) • Music lessons • Event tickets (concert, theater, sporting) • Vacation home rentals • Professional services • Gift certificates Students can offer something as well! Some ideas include: • A basketball clinic in your driveway for younger elementary students run by your middle schooler or older elementary student • Babysitting • Pet sitting for a weekend from a responsible student To make a donation, fill out the form attached and return it to school by Monday, February 26th.
★ Become a corporate sponsor Supporting this event will put your business in front of an active and growing clientele who will recognize your commitment to our schools and community. Your support will be recognized at the event and on social media.
★ Donate an item or amount towards Grade Level Raffle Baskets More information on Grade Level Raffle Baskets to follow.
