Join us on Monday, November 5th for an intimate dinner with David Suro of Siembra Spirits. Our minds have already wandered to the scenic lands of Jalisco. We are dreaming up the perfect four-course dinner and cocktail pairing.
Chef Tom Kepner's inspired menu will include pops of flavor, some traditional techniques, and–of course—modern twists. Think crispy masa crackers, tender melt-in-your-mouth barbacoa meats, vibrant guacamole, and deeply flavored chile sauces. Chef Alyssa Lieberman is sure to delight with a dessert featuring a creative ice cream twist using Siembra Valles (we can't wait to see what she comes up with next).
Alan Ercolani and the team at Less Than Greater Than will be taking us on a journey celebrating the Valles terroir of Tequila. We're excited to have Master Distiller David Suro who's passion and quest to connect the history of agave to a brighter future for Mexico and its people has served as an inspiration for this special meal.
