In this workshop\, we will focus on mindful listening to help us stay present. We will also explore the connection between emotions and needs\, and how we can voice them in a way that is honest and kind.\n\nColleagues - March 6th\n\nThe workplace can be an environment which supports collegiality and teamwork. At times\, we are challenged by how to communicate when we run into conflict and disagreement. This workshop uses active listening skills and careful speech tips to help you establish respectful boundaries and open dialogue with co-workers. We will explore exercises to help you contribute to a workplace that is supportive and caring.\n\nMindful Feedback: Administrators/Supervisors - April 3rd\n\nEvaluation can be the most challenging part of supervising employees. As administrators\, we sometimes feel caught between mentoring and evaluating. In this workshop\, we will discuss this balance and explore some evaluation techniques that preserve an open and supportive relationship between supervisors and employees.
