The Montachusett Opportunity Council peer leaders and LUK peer leaders will take the lead on this project.
We have planned to read a MLK book to kids ages 6-9 and hand out healthy snacks along with a book
(grade level 2) for each kid to take home. We're anticipating packing and donating 200 books and snacks
between the three agencies. We have secured 20 volunteers so far, but could use more, to come together
on January 21, 2019 to work on packing the snacks and books. We also have worksheets for kids to color
along with cross word puzzles, and an “I have a dream” sheet for kids to write in their dreams
