HARVARD, Mass. -- The Bromfield Cares Club today announced that there are 100 local kids who they would like to help at holiday time. Bromfield Cares Advisor, Trish Nilian (also 10th grade science teacher at the Bromfield School) and Harvard Public Schools Nurse Leader (also a Bromfield Cares member) Colleen Nigzus are pictured between the two "Giving Trees" decorated with paper mittens, each one with a request for a specific child. Many request a toy for the holidays and may request sneakers, slippers or other needed items.

The Harvard Community is encouraged to stop by the Bromfield School and take a mitten or two off of the tree and purchase a gift for the child (whose gender/age/gift request is listed on each mitten).
