She has held positions in the Retail and Technology departments of the Bank, and was named eBanking Manager when that department was formed in 2003. Kathy is a graduate of the Mass Bankers School of Financial Studies.

Theresa Basque was named Vice President of Deposit Operations & eBanking. Basque has been with the Bank for nearly 30 years, starting as a Teller and moving her way up through the Retail Division to Branch Manager. In 2000, Teri transitioned to the Operations Department to focus on areas such as IRA administration and deposit compliance. She holds certifications in ACH and retirement processing.

Nicole Corroto was promoted to Vice President. Her career with RBT began in 2005. She has more than 30 years of experience in banking, serving in a wide range of roles, and maintains a focus on customer service and leadership. Lisa oversees the daily operations of the branch, helps simplify the financial lives of current customers, and cultivates relationships in the community.

Valerie Cordio is the Bank’s new Compliance Officer. In 2015, Cordio joined RBT in the Retail Division. She brought with her extensive knowledge and experience with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and will use that skill set in her new role.

RBT also promoted Jennifer Armentrout to Assistant Manager of the Deposit Operations & eBanking department. She has been with the Bank since 2007, where she started in the Retail division. Armentrout worked her way up to Branch Assistant Manager before transferring to her current department. Prior to joining the Bank, Jennifer gained a wealth of customer service and management experience as a small business owner.

“Each one of these people step up and make a difference every day,” said Arthur J. Feehan, Jr., RBT Chief Operating Officer & Security Officer. “Their promotions are very well-deserved, and we are fortunate to have them on our team.”
