Mission
The Nashoba Valley Public Policy Committee is dedicated to influencing the development of local, state and federal laws and policies in support of the Chamber’s mission. The Committee advocates for public policies that promote job growth, business expansion and new market opportunities, while opposing government actions that would have the opposite effect. The Committee also serves as a resource to the membership, providing information on important issues, opportunities to advocate on their own behalf, and direct contact with elected officials, candidates for public office and policymakers.

The Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce (NVCoC) advocates for laws and policies supporting job growth, business expansion, and new market opportunities while opposing detrimental government actions. The Committee provides members with information, advocacy opportunities, and direct contact with officials and policymakers.
Transportation, Housing, and Infrastructure Policies NVCoC supports developing diverse transportation options, including multi-use trails, to facilitate commutes. Addressing housing affordability and enhancing transportation infrastructure are crucial to attract workers and employers.
Education and Workforce Policies
NVCoC promotes expanding and making education affordable, enhancing vocational education, securing funding for public education, and expanding workforce training programs.
Taxation, Financial, and Regulatory Policies
NVCoC advocates for lowering personal and corporate taxes, expanding lending opportunities, fostering public-private partnerships, and reducing regulatory burdens to make Massachusetts more business-friendly.
