Serving as a key component of the local business community, the success of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce can best be measured through the satisfaction and successes of its members.
The Nashoba Valley Chamber is simply the best Chamber to work within Massachusetts. Members benefit immensely from the fantastic networking opportunities. And since it takes a huge investment of time to run a business, everyone benefits from the way they stay on top of legislative matters and advocate for small and medium-sized businesses with state and local government. Kudos to Melissa for the great job she does!

Sending you a quick note to thank the NVCOC for offering events for women in business. After reading the description of the upcoming event “The Keys to Speaking Confidence”, I identified several women on The Arc’s staff who are young, rising stars and would benefit from the content and the networking. They were honored to be asked to attend and thankful that The Arc was investing in their professional growth and development. As a non-profit with a tight budget, I am unable to bring this quality of speaker to our organization. I am grateful to the Chamber for making this type of professional development opportunity available.

The Lexvest Group and affiliated companies has been a member of the chamber since 2002. We have found the Nashoba Chamber to be a wonderful resource for local business networking and other resources to help us and our customers grow. The Chambers commitment to servicing its members led by Melissa Fetterhoff’ ’s terrific leadership , is second to none. I highly recommend that anyone in business or doing business in the region, become a member of the Nashoba Chamber.
- Eric Shapiro, President, The Lexvest Group
The Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce has been instrumental in relation to the progression of my company. Still within its first year, Girl Friday Executive Administrative Support is at a critical point of development and I consider NVCoC membership a key asset for success. Much of my business thrives on developing strong working relationships and I have found that the motto “People do business with people they know” could not be truer. Networking, professional seminars, and political awareness have been influential opportunities for me and I would not have made it this far without the support of the NVCoC and its valued members. In addition, I have had a lot of fun and have met some fantastic people!

As a relatively new member of the NVCoC, it is presumptuous of me to share what many of you already know so well -- Melissa Fetterhoff provides terrific support! She helped us organize our recent ribbon cutting for Applewild at Devens preschool and transportation hub. Not only did she provide the ribbon (and very fancy scissors!), she was helpful in terms of planning the event, encouraging attendance, and providing a commemorative plaque. What I found particularly impressive was that she researched our program and spoke knowledgeably about it in her remarks. She also read her audience well (our three and four year olds were in attendance), so her remarks were brief! It was a great morning and I recommend contacting her if your organization has an opening coming up -- or just to let her know what’s happening. Melissa is great at sharing and promoting what we are doing.

Being new to the area covered by the Nashoba Valley Chamber, I was immediately and warmly welcomed into the Chamber by Melissa and Meagan, and have ever since felt included in a way that helped me make connections to other local businesses and organizations. The Chamber is always quick to share news on the local economic environment, opportunities for inclusion and sponsorship, and introducing new businesses to the area. If you are looking for a Chamber that is both welcoming and focused on driving business growth, this is the one!

I am proud to be a member of this great organization that focuses on the very core qualities that I value as a business owner. Membership in the Nashoba Valley Chamber confirms that I want people to associate my business with qualities like - ‘involved in the community,’ ‘committed to good business citizenship,’ and ‘focused on Nashoba Valley’s future.’
- Elaine Obregon, Ultimate Car Care
I began working with Melissa more than 4 years ago. From the first day we met I was able to see the hard work and corporate vision that Melissa has. Melissa and her team are constantly on the look out for ways to assist the members. Of all the chambers I have been involved with in my 20 years of business, nobody has come close to the value or the dedication that Melissa shows toward her job and toward her membership.

The Nashoba Valley Chamber is a tremendous asset to the community. The events are customized to support both large and small businesses alike and attendance always guarantees new connections and opportunities with great people. The staff is incredibly helpful, supportive, thoughtful and considerate. NVCoC might be considered a "fun" chamber, but make no mistake, their focus is economic development and supporting the business community. I'm proud to be a board member and to be a part of such a great group of professional people.
- Maegen McCaffrey, Chief Communications Officer, RCAP Solutions
Thank you for asking me to join the Nashoba Valley Chamber! I really appreciate what the chamber has done in helping me promote my business. I’ve made great connections just by attending the Business After Hours and have taken on several new clients. This has given me the opportunity to grow my business already in the short time I’ve been a member.

The greatest reward of chamber membership has come through the creation of friendships that extend so much further than any business relationships could reach. At every turn I have been welcomed and asked to be a part of a growing, changing, vibrant successful team of winners.
