The Nashoba Valley Chamber is excited to announce a new partnership with GROWTHco, helping Chamber members access professional employee training—potentially 100% funded through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program.
Grant opportunities include:
- Businesses with 100 or fewer employees may qualify for up to $15,000 per year through the Express Grant Program.
- Organizations of all sizes may qualify for up to $200,000 through the General Grant Program.
- GROWTHco handles the process, assisting Chamber members with the application, execution and closeout.
Training options include private training for your team or GROWTHco’s new Public Training Program, where you can send individual employees to live, monthly sessions focused on specific skills—from sales and communication to leadership and more.

Value of Program: $1,200–$15,000
$0 COST AFTER REIMBURSEMENT
100% grant approval rate since 1994. GROWTHco pre-screens every application before it's submitted, so everyone accepted to the program is already guaranteed to be funded.
Process: 1. Reserve your seat; 2. Online application (10-minutes w/ GROWTHco’s assistance); 3. Receive approval from state; 4. Attend training; 5. Pay GROWTHco; 5. Receive reimbursement from the state within 45 days.
